  • Basic Cleaning ** Does not include treatment for periodontal disease

Offer guidelines:

  • **Cleaning not redeemable for patients that have periodontal disease**.  This will be determined at exam. Patients with periodontal disease will require treatment other than a basic cleaning.
  • For New Patients Only
  • Appointment required. If unable to make appointment, 24 hour cancellation is required.   Patients that give less than 24 hours notice or no show to appointment will not be rescheduled.
